Broker's Comments
Wow! Fantastic accommodation afloat in coolest, hippest Brighton - but for much less money!
This is a very imposing vessel and there are lots of different decks, levels and living areas!
Her upper deck consists of vast amounts of space for entertaining, socialising and also working. There is lots of space and there is lots of equipment dedicated to making life afloat and in the fresh air a very pleasant one. She has lots of lovely new canvas works.
Her interior has lots of definable separate living areas, essentially allowing completely separate living accommodation in the forward and aft cabin areas - great for relaxing away from everyone, or perhaps for giving the children, or guests, their own separate space.
This boat seemed lovely and dry and sweet smelling - well worth a look if you're looking for a stylish motor cruiser, or perhaps somewhere to live afloat.
She comes with some nice new canvas works for her upper deck spaces and will come with FRESHLY SERVICED ENGINES!
