Broker's Comments
This is a modified wooden motor fishing vessel. circa 1977.
In 2010 she underwent a general refit and modifications to adapt her accommodation. She had her wheel house modified to incorporate a galley with a gravity fed water system. The main cabin has been rebuilt into a reasonably spacious saloon area with a TV set, soft carpets and cushions.
Both the interior and exterior of the boat were repainted at the end of 2020 so she looks pretty fresh. The hull was last lifted and antifouled in 2018.
Due to the small size of the port holes, cabins offer high level of privacy and the wheelhouse/galley is very well lit (curtains fitted).
She felt a bit damp but I viewed her on a particularly cold day (-2C) and the dehumidifier was off so I guess she will feel much nicer when heated.
Ideally, her decks should be painted with a nonslip paint and access to her engine and bilge reinstated - these have been carpeted in.
