Broker's Comments
This boat could deceive your eyes!
The current owner has spent much time and money ensuring that she is a really nice place to be - plenty of space, plenty of light and she is tailored for life living on board in many ways.
She'll need a bit of work if you want to safely take her to sea, but she is currently really well set up for comfort and feel-good factor on the water. Her aft cabin was professionally tailor-made in 2014, to sleep two in comfort and style and the cockpit/wheelhouse also underwent complete rebuild.
Marina fees paid until the end of September - come and take a look to see if you can fit her into your life!
