Broker's Comments
This vessel MUST leave Brighton Marina - I'm afraid this is not up for negotiation!
You only have to take a look around this space to see that she's something special!
She's been a great Brighton Marina landmark for many years and has functioned as a floating Chinese restaurant and is currently in use as a multi-functional community space.
We understand that she needs attention and can provide information to help understand this - an extremely in-depth history and survey/dive surveys in 2010/2011 and a full condition survey in September 2022 describe her exactly as she is and what needs to be done.
Her cavernous interior, on two levels could be adapted for an internal space and she may be suitable for an entertainment venue, conference centre, shared workspace and possibly anything else you can imagine that could be undertaken in a very pleasant space afloat.
She possesses three large interior spaces on two levels, a galley, office area, plenty of storage and several accessible heads.
She comes with the facilities that you'd expect to keep people safe, including fire alarm, emergency lighting and signage, plus more.
She does need to leave Brighton Marina, so you'll need somewhere suitable for her to go - She MUST leave and this is NON NEGOTIABLE.
As one of Brighton's (and Brighton Marina's) famous local landmarks, she's been a very successful venue and work place and the marina, plus many past participants will be very sad to see her go!
