Broker's Comments
This lovely little Fisher is one of the nicest boats I've worked with and I've been very lucky to sail her on a few occasions.
The first impression of the boat is that she's been well cared for. She's been owned and sailed by a young family of dedicated sailors. She feels very cosy and clean.
Since purchase last year she's received new batteries, new smart and solar charger, new running rigging and lots more smaller bits - in-date flares and fire extinguishers. Most recently she had her gunnels restored and oiled.
From a sailing point of view she feels very safe and easy to manoeuvre - great for beginner or single handed sailors.
The cockpit tent allows for sailing in most weather conditions and inmast reefing only makes her easier to manage when short handed. Her Lombardini engine gives her a great turn of speed and negotiating big waves on a rougher day shouldn't be a problem for her, we think.
The accommodation with 2m headroom is surprisingly spacious, given she's only 25 feet long - making her a nice comfortable boat for overnight city escapes or shorter coastal cruises.
Her current owners just upsized to a new boat, so this little eye candy is looking for a new home. With her almost toy like design and lovely wooden finish she very much stands out among other boats and I'm sure that not only dedicated Fisher enthusiasts will love her on the first sight.
