Broker's Comments

Elizabethans are traditional British yachts. The 31 has a long keel and can be sailed solo or by a couple. This boat was in the first owner's hands for 42 years and has accumulated a lot of equipment and upgrades, notably a Beta engine in 2010 and modern roller furler.
A full marine survey of this boat was commissioned by the current owner in 2015 prior to his purchase. It is available at a viewing.
When I asked the owner to start the engine from cold it started immediately with no visible exhaust fumes.
