Broker's Comments
This tastefully converted ex-German Tug Boat has great presence. It offers spacious and airy accommodation with many original features retained including the original helm panel and engine room controls, all in German of course!
Its provenance is well documented and a full survey in June 2017 gives confidence to any future owner, who will doubtless personalise the boat further.
As well as a coastal or canal cruiser it would make a practical liveaboard or floating gite.
The current owner is reluctantly selling because his next project is a 70ft Dutch barge conversion.
Survey and associated service receipts can be seen at viewings.
