Broker's Comments
These don't come along very often and when they do, you need to grab them!
A beautiful looking 1948 converted Scottish MFV. The owner has put much time into researching her history and that, coupled with her historical ship designation, means you're getting your own slice of maritime history.
Not only that, the conversion appears to be done thoughtfully and with taste. Her accommodation is unexpectedly roomy and plentiful - you may well experience the "wow" factor as you turn forward at the bottom of her accommodation ladder, as I did!
She is a going concern - her owner regularly uses her for trips to sea and pays a lot of attention to maintenance and ensuring that the equipment functions correctly.
In my experience, opportunities like this don't present themselves on the market too often, so if this is your type of boat, I'd thoroughly recommend coming to see her.
