Broker's Comments

This lovely looking yacht has just been professionally valeted inside and out and it shows - she now looks bright and shiny!

There are areas that could still do with improvement, but in general, she seems in pretty good shape to me.

She's been unused for quite some time, as her owner has moved abroad and so she was suffering a little from that unused feel, but that has now been remedied - she's been cleared out and cleaned in every area and she's now looking for a new set of sailors to take her on and bring back that family feeling.

Someone has really invested in a few items, such as a Hydrovane auto pilot, a big flat screen TV, a nice Raytheon radar and an almost unused replacement engine, so her new owner will really reap the rewards for these, along with a chance to add their own equipment, where desired.
