Commentaires du Broker
This Beneteau Evasion 36 from 1990 is a very unique design. Only 40 of them were built and this particular one is the third hull that left the production line.
This boat has something very intriguing about her - her deck saloon panoramic windows give her a bit of a space shuttle look and make her stand out compared to other boats.
My first impression on boarding the boat was that she's been well kept and looks in very good condition, to me.
The air was dry and I couldn't smell any of the boat typical odours. All cushions and upholstery looks good and feels relatively dry. When walking around taking pictures for the listing I couldn't find any signs of leaks or water damage to the wooden finish which is amazing.
The boat has been lifted and antifouled in 2020, new batteries fitted in 2021 and the engine refurbished this year and comes with all records.
Deck gear comes in the factory setup with two sails and the basic tackle including two winches. The deck feels very spacious thanks to her beam and a nicely designed anchor chain locker, which covers the windlass and the head sail furlex, leaving the foredeck clear.
The only thing I'd replace is the sprayhood - damaged in the most recent storms - otherwise the boat seems very much seaworthy and could be for adventures.
Two steering wheels (cockpit and deck saloon) allow for comfortable sailing, also in bad cold weather - which can be very useful for local winter cruises or simply in heavier seas.
After a couple of hours spent on the boat, I left very impressed with both the unique character of this design and how well she seems to have been kept.
Apart from some cosmetic jobs, she seems to be in a good seaworthy condition to me and I think she now needs a new dedicated sailor.
