Broker's Comments
Boatshed Brighton is pleased to offer this 36ft Narrowboat for sale.
This cosy narrowboat would be great for a single occupancy or a couple looking to live a simpler, cheaper, life in the South East.
Believed to have been built around the early to mid 80s the current owner has redecorated the interior which offers bright, open plan living. The hull was surveyed in July 16 and was blacked in Sep 17. The anodes were replaced at the same time. There is some work required to make her cruising ready and this has been reflected in the price .
This Narrowboat has the benefit of being moored in Newhaven on a residential mooring which can be hard to find. The train station is a minute's walk and, together with a bus service, offer great links to Brighton and Eastbourne.
Free parking is available, WC, onshore electrics and a communal tap for easy tank full ups.
If you are looking for an affordable, quirky lifestyle on the water then please come along for a viewing.
