Broker's Comments

Established in 1973 Warren Luhrs, founder of Hunter Marine began in the boat building business.
As an avid sailor Luhrs built the first Hunter sailboat In 1974 the HUNTER 25, designed by John Cherubini. which was shortly launched & set the course for the companies mass production in sail boat design & build.
This boat, as well as many models that followed were extremely well received. Hunter Marine soon became a major force in the sailboat industry.
Subsequent designs became the basis for many of the innovations that have appeared in Hunter production models to include B & R rigs, Stainless steel arches and cutting edge hull design.
This well appointed H37.6 sloop with it's large cockpit & sugar scoop swim platform is ideal for day sailing to your favorite swimming hole/ snorkelling spot or to head out & explore the Texas tropical coast, below the airy open floor plan & comfortable master cabin aft is ideally suited for a small family or couple for day sailing Coastal or extended cruising alike.
Hunter Marine was sold in August 2012 to David Marlow, owner of Marlow Trawlers Yachts.
