Broker's Comments
Here we have a nice example of the ever popular Shetland 4 Plus 2. This 1987 boat is in nice overal condition and has a superb Mariner 60 EFI 4 stroke outboard that is regularly service and has done little work. She also comes with a very nice Super Rollercoaster trailer and represents a go-anywhere package that is ready to go boating. The trailer can be removed from the package if not required.
She offers good accommodation for a couple or small family and is an ever popular and practical boat for inland or estuary use.
This parfticular example has been lightly used for the last 10 years by her owner as a "going fishing" boat so has not done many engine hours in that time. Her motor and trailer have always been fresh water flushed after use and this is reflected in how she looks and runs. She could do with a deep clean to bring her back to her river cruising best, however this is a minor criticism and the work of but a weekend to get her gleaming. She represents great value as the package offered, and will delight her new owner. She also benefits from having a full camper canopy and the optional tonneau cover too.
