Broker's Comments

Once a busy fishing boat in the Bay of Biscay, this ex French fishing vessel has been tastefully converted to provide a wonderful home. Fully restored back in 1993, the current owners have lived happily on board for the past 12 years.

Powered by a 6 cylinder Gardner engine, and capable of cruising at 8 knots should you wish to move her, she currently sits semi-retired on a tranquil berth in picturesque Cornwall. As you can see, she's well maintained and loved.

Well equipped to provide a comfortable living environment with red diesel fuelled central heating system, hot / cold water and good headroom throughout, this cozy cottage of a boat has two double berth cabins, (the aft en-suite), a separate well equipped galley, a heads compartment with a sink and stand up / sit down shower cubicle and two reception areas. There’s a private book lined saloon below or an open, light, spacious wheelhouse above with plenty of nautical character, a double helm seat with large nav table and cracking view beyond. Ideal for reading the Sunday papers whilst keeping an eye out for passing wildlife or other interesting boats and people.

There is also plenty of room on deck for storage, high bulwarks offering safety and side gates for easy access to and from the shore.

If you're looking to get out to the country, to your own safe space and feel at one with the natural environment, be it part time or full time, look no further.
