About Chris Tubbs
I started working with Boatshed Brighton in October 2023.
What did you do before working with Boatshed?
I've been sailing for 17 years now and have owned a number of boats in that time. I love being around boats of any type and have a dream of sailing across the Atlantic at some point before I'm too old.
What attracted you to become part of the Boatshed team?
I enjoy meeting new people and helping them to find the right boat as well as helping owners to sell boats more effectively and efficiently. I'm also interested in boats of any kind and love to learn more about the systems and modifications owners have made to improve their boats.
Are you a motorboater or a sailor?
I'm a keen sailor but love boats of any kind.
What is your most memorable boating experience?
Setting sail from mainland Spain to Ibiza with a perfect sunset and a beautifully clear night to gaze at the stars during the passage. Failing that, running around outside Poole Harbour and getting away with it.
