Broker's Comments
The Trapper 400 is a development of the Trapper 28. She has more freeboard and a different keel and rudder. She is an easy and delightful boat to sail.
This particular one has recently fallen from her cradle and snapped her original mast. She has also unfortunately been neglected by her current owner. She requires a new engine and new sails but you could find some good second hand ones. There is a replacement mast available with the boat. The main bulkhead requires replacement and she also needs a very good clean internally and externally.
She has been priced accordingly to attract a new owner who can restore her to her former glory. There is a 8hp Mercury outboard available for an extra £1,000.
She is a capable cruiser which can give a good account of herself in local regattas and club racing.
