This Nordship 28 could technically qualify as a motor sailer because it has a glass windscreen. This is overlaid with a superb sprayhood and cockpit enclosure - recently commissioned.
The owner has even installed a rig that permits helming under the cockpit cover, just like a wheelhouse.
The exterior is very smart, marred only by weathered coachlines along the hull - something the owner accepts should be addressed.
The engine has been recently serviced; it started instantly and ran smoothly with clear exhaust.
The sails look in very good condition and the interior of the boat has unmarked upholstery and head linings.
All in all, this is a very well presented boat with a recent insurance survey and receipts confirming recommended remedial work.
An early viewing is recommended.
