Broker's Comments
The Halcyon 27 was designed and built in the classic tradition, with a deep long keel and tough construction, capable of offshore cruising. These yachts are known for their seaworthy cruising capabilities and good performance in all conditions.
There appears to have been some previous investment made in the boat, including refurbishment of the engine, electrics and wiring, rudder and skin fittings and more. Although she requires standing and running rigging replacing, some tidying and work to finish the project, she has great potential to bring back this classic yacht to a capabale cruiser.
