Broker's Comments

These power boats are known for their accommodation - four double berths in a boat less than 10m long - that’s great for marina charges!

Power boaters know that the biggest costs associated with their vessel are the engines, so no worries on that point - both engines were replaced two years ago and have done less than three hours' running since. The propellers were replaced this year.

The sprayhood is only two years old but the back panel has severe ultra violet damage, so needs replacing. The low pressure gas supply needs re-plumbing but many owners opt for Origo spirit burners or gas cartridges these days.

She was lifted in July 2020 for anodes and antifouling.

Her upholstery, heads and galley are all in good condition, the microwave is new, but the boat has been little used recently and could benefit from some TLC especially in the cockpit area. In 2020 the holding tank was replaced.

As a day tripper, weekend getaway or full time live aboard, we think this boat has a lot going for her.
