Broker's Comments

If relocated, this boat could make a fantastic live aboard or weekend get-away for someone who wants to try life afloat without too many compromises.

She offers a huge amount of space, with a very large, open and bright saloon and 360 views from her big windows.

She has two large cabins, at separate ends of her hull and two separate heads, both with showers.

Her galley has been refitted with new equipment, though there is some work to be done to complete it - the kitchen equipment needed to make it a functioning galley is provided.

She had a lot of work completed in 2018 and there are areas around the boat that need finishing off and completing, but this could give you a nice opportunity to finish tailor her to your own style.

No proof of VAT payment for this vessel.

Annual berthing fees around £4860 plus electricity at current location, to give you an idea. This price includes wi fi, shore toilet facilities and water.
