The hull is shallow and "v" bottomed and has been shot blasted and epoxy coated and is guaranteed. Steel work is 10mm bottom, 6mm hull sides and 5mm cabin sides and deck.

Modifications were made to the bow to allow the fitment of a forward storage hold and a raised roof to allow standing headroom this also gives a useful deck area above.

The propellor was specially designed for maximum prop walk on tickover this with the addition of the two stage bowthruster allows for easy berthing by one person.

Double glazing is fitted to all of the windows throughout. This includes the wheelhouse. This takes only fifteen minutes to fold down for entry under low bridges.

The very useful anchor-winch which is original was imported from Holland. A satellite dish provides for three onboard televisions and folds down flat. The two stainless steel chimneys and cowells detach to reduce airdraft when necessary.

Two attractive dog box roof vents are installed which give good natural light and ventilation. These are large enough to allow large furniture items to be loaded below decks.

Broker's Comments

This fine Replica Bluewater Luxmotor Dutch Barge was purchased as a sailaway version from Bluewater Boats in February 2006. Comprising of the empty hull and engine the boat was professionaly fitted out by master craftsmen - to a luxurious standard. She comes complete with RCD & manuals.
Originally built to cruise the French Canals she has only just been completed unfortunately a change of the owners plans have led to this reluctant sale. There is nothing left to do or fit just purchase move on board and start cruising.
