Broker's Comments

Heritage East motor yachts are not common this side of the Atlantic, but are comparable to the Trader and Ocean Alexander marques. She was imported some years ago with full documentation regarding VAT paid and CE conformity.

I was impressed by the space and design of this Sundeck 40 version and she seems in great condition.

This boat is full displacement, so maximum speed is ten knots but the fuel consumption is likewise very modest for such a large vessel. On a boat of this class you would expect to find the floors, upholstery and head linings in excellent condition.

The engines started from cold instantly and ran smoothly. There are meticulous service records going all the way back to the US owners as well.

If you are looking for a substantial motor yacht that doesn't cost a fortune to run, a very comfortable liveaboard with bags of space for entertaining then I recommend an early viewing.
